Holiday Clinic and Office Closures for the 2025 Holiday Season

Marshall Health Network clinic and administrative offices will have varied hours in observance of the holiday season. 

If you have an appointment or plan to visit one of our clinics, please call ahead to confirm hours and availability. Inclement weather may cause unexpected delays or temporary closures, and we want to ensure you receive the care you need without inconvenience.

Marshall Health Clinic and Offices

All clinics and offices will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 24, Thursday, Dec. 25 and Thursday, Jan. 1, including walk-in clinics.

Pediatric NowCare will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 24 and Thursday, Dec. 25. NowCare will resume normal clinic hours on Friday, Dec. 26. NowCare will also have modified clinic hours, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday. Dec. 31 (New Year's Eve) and will be closed Thursday, Jan. 1.

• Marshall Ear, Nose and Throat - Friday, Dec. 26
• Marshall Family Medicine – Barboursville – Monday, Dec. 29, and Wednesday, Dec. 31
• Marshall Family Medicine – Lavalette – Friday, Dec. 26, and Wednesday, Dec. 31
• Marshall Family Medicine – Teays Valley – Monday, Dec. 29, and Wednesday, Dec. 31
• Marshall Family Medicine – Kermit – Tuesday, Dec. 23, and Friday, Dec. 26
• Marshall Internal Medicine – Friday, Dec. 26, and Friday, Jan. 2
• Marshall Neurology – Friday, Dec. 26
• Marshall Neurosurgery – Friday, Dec. 26
• Marshall OB/GYN – Closing at noon, Wednesday, Dec. 31
• Marshall Orthopaedics – Friday, Dec. 26
• Marshall Psychiatry – Wednesday, Dec. 31

Marshall Pharmacy's Marshall University Medical Center location will remain open normal hours through the holidays.

Cabell Huntington Hospital Clinics and Offices

All Cabell Huntington Hospital Clinics and offices will close at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 24 and will be closed all day on Thursday, Dec. 25 and Thursday, Jan. 1. 

Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center, located on the Cabell campus, will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 25 and will resume normal hours of operation on Friday, Dec. 26. 

CHH Family Urgent Care Center:

• Close at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 24
• Closed all day on Thursday, Dec. 25
• Close at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 31
• Closed all day on Thursday, Jan. 1

Both the main campuses of Cabell Huntington Hospital and Hoops Family Children's Hospital will remain open throughout the holiday.

St. Mary's Medical Center Clinics and Offices

All St. Mary's Medical Management clinics and offices will close at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 24 and be closed all day on Thursday, Dec. 25 and Thursday, Jan. 1. 

SMMC Urgent Care

• Close at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 24
• Closed all day on Thursday, Dec. 25
• Close at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 31
• Open all day on Thursday, Jan. 1

The main St. Mary's Medical Center hospital campus will remain open throughout the holiday.

HIMG and Scott Orthopedic Center will close at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 24 and will be closed all day on Thursday, Dec. 25 and Thursday, Jan. 1

HIMG NowCare will close at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 24 and will be closed all day on Thursday, Dec. 25 and Thursday, Jan. 1.

Rivers Health Clinics and Offices

All Rivers Health clinics, including the Regional Health Center and Urgent Care offices, will be closed Thursday, Dec. 25 and will resume normal hours of operation on Friday, Dec. 26.

The main hospital campus will remain open throughout the holiday.

Tele-Now Care

Tele-Now Care will maintain its regular hours (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) throughout December, except for Thursday, Dec. 25 and Thursday, Jan. 1, when it will be closed in observance of the holidays.
